How To Use:
Apply liberally to clean, dry skin as often as needed, especially after bathing or showering, to lock in moisture. Massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed. For best results, use daily and incorporate into your morning and evening skincare routine. Suitable for full body application. Avoid applying on broken or irritated skin.

Failure to use consistently may result in reduced effectiveness of hydration and skin barrier protection.

A patch test is advised before use to avoid any chance of an allergic reaction, hypersensitivity or skin irritation. Apply a small amount of the product on finger and allow it to dry and then wash. After 24 hours, this product can be used safely now, if no reddening, burning itching or swelling is seen in and around the test area.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
