How To Use / Warnings / Allergy Advice

How To Use:
Apply liberally on clean, towel-dried skin, focusing on extremely dry or irritated areas. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
For best results, use after Aveeno Dermexa Daily Emollient Body Wash to cleanse without drying the skin. Use twice daily or as recommended by your dermatologist.
Avoid skipping applications as consistent use helps maintain the skin barrier and reduces dryness flare-ups.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or worsening dryness occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use within recommended period after opening (check packaging for PAO symbol).

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use to minimise the risk of sensitivity or allergic reaction. Apply a small amount on the inner forearm, leave for 24 hours, and proceed only if no redness, itching or swelling occurs.
Contains oat-derived ingredients. Do not use if you have known allergies to oats or any listed ingredient.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
  2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
  3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
  5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
