How to Use:

Aptamil Feed Thickener is suitable for thickening breast milk or an infant formula product. Thickened feeds may assist with the dietary management of regurgitation or mild reflux.

For breastfed infants: Aptamil Feed Thickener can be mixed with a small amount of cool boiled water or expressed breast milk and fed as a gel before, during or directly after the breastfeed. Alternatively, it can be mixed with expressed breast milk to thicken the feed.

For formula fed infants: Aptamil Feed Thickener can be used to thicken standard infant formula products, or specialty formulas. If an infant is on a standard formula & requires a thickened feed, Aptamil® Gold+ Reflux Infant Formula, which already contains thickener, is recommended.

This product is not an infant formula or a complete food for infants.

Storage Instructions:
- Store the container in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Close the lid tightly after every use to protect the powder from moisture and contamination.
- Use the contents within 4 weeks of opening.
- Use by the expiry date printed on the bottom of the container.
- The product is packed by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur during transportation and storage.

Breast milk is best for babies. This product is intended only to assist with the dietary management of regurgitation or mild reflux.
This product is NOT an infant formula, breast milk substitute or complete source of nutrition. It must only be used in combination with breast milk or suitable infant formula.
Not suitable for premature infants.
Do not use for feeding difficulties or suspected gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD/GERD) without appropriate medical assessment.
Follow the recommended mixing instructions exactly. Do not change the proportion of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can be harmful to your baby.
Use only the scoop supplied with the product. Do not add additional powder to achieve a thicker consistency.
Consult your healthcare professional before combining this product with specialised formulas or other thickening agents.
Monitor your baby during feeding. If coughing, choking, breathing difficulties or feeding distress occur, stop feeding and seek immediate medical assistance as appropriate.
If your baby experiences persistent vomiting, blood or green material in vomit, poor weight gain, dehydration or worsening symptoms, seek prompt medical attention.
Do not use if the foil security seal is damaged, broken or missing.
Prepare formula feeds immediately before use and discard any unfinished feeds.
Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container airtight and use within 4 weeks after opening.
Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the printed expiry date.

This product may contain traces of milk and soy. Parents of infants with diagnosed or suspected milk protein allergy, soy allergy or other food hypersensitivities must consult their healthcare professional before using this product. Trace allergens may cause reactions in sensitive infants. If symptoms such as rash, hives, vomiting, diarrhoea, facial swelling or breathing difficulties occur, discontinue use and seek medical assistance immediately. Breathing difficulties or severe swelling require emergency medical attention. This product should only be introduced under medical supervision, particularly for infants with existing allergies or gastrointestinal conditions.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
