How to Use:
Turn nozzle to spray position. Spray directly onto the surface you want to clean. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. No scrubbing or rinsing is required. For stubborn stains, allow the spray to sit for a few minutes before wiping. For disinfection, spray thoroughly and leave on surface for 10 minutes before wiping.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before use and follow instructions carefully. Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists. For external surface cleaning only – not for personal use.
Do not mix with other household cleaners or chemicals. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C and away from direct sunlight.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
