How to Use:
Present to your dog as a tasty treat directly from the hand.

Starting Dose: Provide 1 chew per 10kg of bodyweight, once daily for the first 4 weeks.

Maintenance Dose: Provide 1 chew per 10kg bodyweight every second day.
1-5kg = half a chew,
5-10kg = 1 chew,
10-20kg = 2 chews,
20-30kg = 3 chews

Note: Dogs of a breed with predisposed joint problems may be provided with the maintenance dose from any age. Dogs with severe osteoarthritic symptoms may receive above starting dose as ongoing therapy.

Warnings:

Contains animal proteins including kangaroo, ovine plasma, and chicken. If your dog has known sensitivities, review ingredients carefully and discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
