Suitable For:
This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16 years old. Lasts up to 10 weeks. An allergy alert test is needed 48 hours before each use, even if you already used colouring products before. So remember to buy product 48 hours in advance. On long or thick hair and for first time use, we recommend using two packs of Brilliance.

Do not colour your hair if,
- you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp,
- you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, or
- you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.

How To Use:
Preparation
Perform a patch test 48 hours before colouring.
Wear the provided gloves. Protect clothing and work surfaces.
Mixing & Application
Follow the detailed steps in the instruction leaflet inside the box.
Apply the mixed colour cream to dry, unwashed hair.
Ensure even coverage from roots to ends.
Leave on for the recommended processing time as per leaflet.
Rinsing
Rinse thoroughly with warm water until water runs clear.
Post-Colour Treatment
Apply the Diamond Gloss Sealer to lock in colour and boost shine.
Leave on as directed, then rinse out.
The sealer tube allows multiple applications—use between washes to maintain brilliance.

For best results: Follow timing instructions precisely. Uneven application or under-processing may compromise colour payoff and longevity.

Warnings:
Always read all labels, instructions and warnings before purchase and use. Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to application. Contains hydrogen peroxide and colourants that may cause allergic reactions. Do not use on damaged, irritated, or sensitised scalp. Avoid use if you have previously reacted to any hair dye. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Avoid eye contact; rinse immediately if product enters eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only the recommended developer and do not exceed processing time. Product may stain skin, clothing, or surfaces.

All hair is different, so please conduct a strand test first to find the best application for you. We recommend performing a strand test to ensure suitability and confirm the colour before full head application. Apply product to a few hair strands to ensure there are no adverse affects on the hair or skin due to allergic reaction, sensitivity or skin irritation. If no problems occur and colour is confirmed, apply as per directions above.
- For external use only.
- If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with running water.
- Do not ingest. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Product can be irritant as it contains hydrogen peroxide, phenylenediamines, resorcinol and ammonia. See full list of ingredients at bottom of pack.
- Avoid eye contact. If in eye, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a doctor or for at least 15 minutes.
- Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. To do so may be injurious to the eye.
- In case of any reaction or when in doubt, consult a doctor before using any hair colour product.

Allergy Advice:
A patch/skin sensitivity test is strongly recommended 48 hours prior to each use, even if you have used hair dyes before. Apply a small amount of the mixed product behind the ear or on the inner elbow. If no redness, itching, burning or swelling occurs within 24–48 hours, you may proceed. Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
