How to Use:
Wet your child’s hair thoroughly. Squeeze a small amount of shampoo into your palm and gently massage into the scalp and hair until a soft lather forms. Rinse clean with lukewarm water. For best detangling results, comb hair gently while damp. Use regularly to maintain soft, shiny and knot-free hair. Always supervise young children during bath time.

Warnings:
Always read all label instructions, warnings and ingredients before use. For external use only. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on broken, irritated or inflamed skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within recommended period after opening.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised before first use to avoid any chance of sensitivity or irritation. Apply a small amount on the inside of the arm, rinse after drying, and monitor the area for 24 hours. If no reaction occurs, the product can be used safely.
This product contains fragrance and plant-derived extracts that may not be suitable for individuals with known sensitivities.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
