How to Use:

Cow & Gate Anti-Reflux is a thickened feed.
We recommend using a single hole fast flow teat.

Because powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill.

1. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils according to manufacturers' instructions.
2. Boil 1 litre of freshly run water. Leave kettle to cool for 45 minutes and no longer. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Be careful of scalding. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
3. Using the scoop provided level off the powder with the built-in leveller. Do not press/heap the powder.
4. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful. Place the sterilised teat and cap on the bottle. Hold the bottle horizontally and shake from left to right for 10 seconds, then hold it vertically and shake from top to bottom for 10 seconds. The time between adding the scoops and shaking the bottle should be as short as possible.
5. Shake bottle for 20 seconds and then leave to stand for 7 minutes to allow it to thicken. Check temperature of feed. Feed immediately.

Important feeding advice
- Make up each feed as required.
- For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds, discard unfinished feeds as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
- Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
- Never add extra scoops or anything else to your baby's feed.
- Never leave your baby alone during feeding.

Cow & Gate Anti-Reflux is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of frequent reflux and regurgitation. It should only be used under medical supervision, after full consideration of the feeding options available including breastfeeding. Suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth, and/or as part of a balanced diet from 6-12 months.

Cow & Gate Anti-Reflux should not be used in combination with antacids or other thickeners and is not suitable for premature infants.

Use powder within 4 weeks of opening.
Discontinue use if any discomfort occurs.

Storage Advice:
Store out of the reach of young children.
Store unopened tin in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Do not refrigerate.

About the Brand:

Once upon a time, in the small town of Guildford, the Gates brothers embarked on a journey that would change the course of their lives forever. 1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
