How to Use:

Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Because powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill.

1. Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and then sterilise all utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser.
2. Prepare each bottle separately. Use cooled safe drinking water, that has recently been boiled. Consult Feeding Guide. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilized feeding bottle.
3. Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. Full the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting the powder.
4. Always add 1 level scoop of powder for each 50mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
5. Test temperature on wrist before feeding. feed immediately and discard unfinished formula within 2 hours.

Important notice: Breast milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use this product, consult your doctor or health worker for advice. Aptamil Gold+ Lactose intolerance Infant Formula is not suitable for general use and should be used under medical supervision. Consult your healthcare professional for advice.

Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Suitable from birth. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to infant formula product.

Dental Hygiene: Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can cause tooth decay. A cup can be introduced to your baby at around 6 months. Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing. It is not suitable for babies with galactosaemia.

Important feeding advice
- Make up each feed as required.
- For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds, discard unfinished feeds as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
- If a bottle of made-up formula is to be prepared in advance, store at the back of the fridge (2-4 degrees Celcius) and using within 24 hours.
- Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
- Never add extra scoops or anything else to your baby's feed.
- Never leave your baby alone during feeding.

Breast feeding is best. It should only be used under medical supervision, after full consideration of the feeding options available including breastfeeding. Suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth to 12 months.

After opening, keep container airtight. Use powder within 4 weeks of opening.
Discontinue use if any discomfort occurs.

Store out of the reach of young children.
Store unopened tin in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Do not refrigerate.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
