Charge the fan fully using the provided adapter before first use, which typically takes around 3 to 4 hours. The LED indicator will remain ON during charging and will turn OFF once the battery is fully charged, indicating that charging is complete. The fan also features an automatic cut-off system that stops charging once full, helping to protect battery life. After charging, switch on the fan and select your preferred airflow using the 3-stage speed control. Adjust the fan vertically or horizontally to direct airflow where needed. Recharge the device when battery power becomes low to ensure consistent performance.

Warning: Always read all labels and instructions before use and follow them carefully. Do not expose the fan to water, excessive moisture, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Keep the fan out of reach of children unless supervised, and never insert fingers or objects into the fan grille while it is in operation. Use only the recommended charger provided with the product. Although the fan includes automatic cut-off protection, it is advisable not to keep it connected to power unnecessarily after full charge. Store the product in a cool, dry place, and discontinue use immediately if any signs of malfunction or overheating are observed.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
