How to use:
STEP 1 - BEFORE COLOURING: Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before. Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information.
STEP 2 - PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Open the colouring bottle and pour it entirely into the developer bottle. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product over flowing.
STEP 3 - APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour. Refer to instructions for development time. Apply conditioner and then rinse thoroughly.

Do not colour your hair if: • you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp • you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair • you have experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past
IGNORING AN ALLERGY CAN BE LIFE-THREATENING. You must conduct an ALLERGY ALERT TEST 48 hours before each time you colour even if you have already used colouring products before. So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. (Read and follow the instruction leaflet). In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product.
“Developer” contains hydrogen peroxide. “Hair colourant” contains: phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), resorcinol, ammonia.
• Wear the gloves supplied in the box. • Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. • Rinse the eyes immediately and thoroughly if the product comes into contact with them. • Rinse hair well after application.
Wait at least 2 weeks after using a relaxer, a perm or a straightening process on the hair. Do not use if your hair has been coloured with henna or with a progressive hair colourant Keep out of reach of children. Allergy Advice:
A patch test is strongly advised before each use to minimise risk of allergic reaction, hypersensitivity or irritation. Apply a small amount of mixed product behind ear or on inner elbow and observe for 48 hours. Do not use if redness, burning, itching or swelling occurs.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
