Our GM oversees the day-to-day operations of Samirahan Bangladesh, helping ensure our customers receive reliable service and a smooth shopping experience. He leads our local team across operations, customer service and workflow coordination while maintaining high standards in stock handling, reporting and business execution. He also plays a key role in protecting the quality, professionalism and trust that define the Samirahan brand.

Operations Manager

Abdur Rob (010101)

OM supports the day-to-day running of Samirahan by helping manage operations across stock, orders and warehouse activities. He leads and trains Operations Team Members while helping ensure deliveries, housekeeping, site safety and equipment maintenance are handled properly. He also works closely with management to keep operations organised, efficient and dependable for our customers.

Customer Service Executive

Sumsur Nahar Mim (010301)

Our CSE helps deliver a smooth customer experience by handling calls, messages, emails and day-to-day customer support activities. She assists with order processing, delivery coordination, returns, refunds, complaints, after-sales service and customer records management. Her role helps ensure our customers receive responsive communication, accurate support and professional service throughout their shopping journey.

Operations Team Member

Atik Hossain Lamim (010102)

OTM supports Samirahan’s daily operations by assisting with inventory handling, order preparation and general warehouse activities. He also helps with housekeeping, premises management and maintaining an organised and safe working environment. His role contributes to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting the wider team wherever needed.
